Changing Lives. Transforming People.

ImpactLives seeks to transform the lives of people around the world by providing leadership training, expanded self-awareness and cross-cultural humanitarian experiences. Founded July 6, 2007. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization based in Minneapolis, MN. Ramon A. Pastrano IV is the organization's founder and president. ImpactLives has created a national and international dual model of transformational leadership and intentional missional engagement. The model helps participants identify and understand their unique gifts and talents. Participants are provided training to help them use these gifts in the service of others, whether in their own community or around the world.

We create environments and processes that facilitate personal long-term transformation.

We are not a short-term humanitarian service organization in the sense that short-term humanitarian service is not our end goal. We believe that we all are, by nature, missional people. People made to make a difference. Our programs are designed to help people understand their unique gifts and talents and to provide immersive training and missional experiences that help them use and strengthen these gifts to help people around the world. Our missional experiences are designed to allow each individual or group exercise their unique talents in ways that make a lasting impact in their lives and the lives of others.

Making A Lasting Impact

Missional experiences, although deeply rewarding individually, are not the end. They are truly just the beginning of the process - people returning from immersive training and missional work are transformed. They begin to see their lives on a broader scale, their world view changes and they exercise their strengths and gifts in their personal lives. They begin to live missionally and make a dramatic impact on the world around them.
